Our Ethos

The College of London is founded with the belief that everyone is capable to fulfil their dreams even if they are as big as climbing the Mount Everest. “The dream of your life will come into a reality if you develop self-confidence, take the challenge and develop best of the skills,” says its founding Director Ermir Lleshi.
Our Journey
COL was founded by Ermir Lleshi, with only a handful of learners. Prior to this, the founder director worked for various local FE colleges for 20 years, held various responsibilities including customer care, admins, awarding bodies compliance and business development. He always engaged with learners, and he noticed there were gaps between learners expectations, what the colleges had to offer and the needs within the industry.
He has introduced intensive theoretical and practical assessment at the college. The learners have been introduced to the equipment so that they can use it with complete safety and confidence. Tutors are always available to offer one-to-one support for the learners.
The establishment of short professional courses such as Inspection and Testing, 18th Edition and NVQ Diploma, is supported by excellent teaching and great customer care. He ensured that students receive the highest standards of teaching and learning facilities, delivered by the team of experienced staff, and saw his business portfolio rapidly grow.
